Sensei Mark - Godan (5th degree)
Sensei Mark started training in the martial arts in 1990, while in college at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in south Florida. He joined Kim Hiep Si Dojo in Orlando in 2009 but has been teaching since 2006. He has practiced and achieved rank in another style of martial art, Kobushin Kai. He is the Head of Kim Hiep Si Dojo. Professionally, Mark is the Principal Biologist for Miller Legg, an interdisciplinary consulting firm. In addition to martial arts, Mark enjoys scuba diving and hiking.

Master Donald - Shichidan (7th degree)
Master Donald starting his Martial Arts journey in 1980, when he got to college, and found Cuong Nhu at the Pegasus dojo. He started Phi-Ho Dojo in Tallahassee in 1999 and Kim Hiep Si dojo in 2005 in Orlando. Master Donald is also a Sandan (3rd degree) in Aikido and Sandan in Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu, a Japanese sword style. He is currently serving as President of the Cuong Nhu Martial Arts Association. In his professional life, he is a licensed architect. He has another major hobby in cooking online at #DonsKitchen on several social media platforms.
Sensei Matt - Nidan (2nd degree)
Sensei Matt started in Cuong Nhu at Kim Hiep Si Dojo UCF in 2012 under Master Donald and Sensei Mark. He currently holds the rank of Nidan in Cuong Nhu and Nidan in Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu, a Japanese sword style. Aside from training in the martial arts, he works as a software developer, enjoys hiking and the outdoors, and plays the guitar and sings in a local punk band called Jeuje.
Sensei Tom - Nidan (2nd degree)
Sensei Tom started training in Cuong Nhu as a freshman at the University of Florida. He joined Kim Hiep Si Dojo in 2016 and has been teaching there since.
Sensei Cameron - Nidan (2nd degree)
Sensei Cameron started training in Cuong Nhu in 2014 at the University of North Florida. In 2018, he moved to Orlando and joined Kim Hiep Si Dojo, where he continued his training until black belt under Master Donald and Sensei Mark. Since 2020, he has been teaching at Kim Hiep Si Dojo. Cameron is currently the North Florida Regional Coordinator for Cuong Nhu. Outside of the dojo, he works as a language arts teacher and enjoys reading and painting.
Sensei James - Black Belt
Sensei James began Cuong Nhu in 1999 at Pegasus Dojo in Tallahassee. After a 9-year hiatus, in 2022 he continued his training under Master Donald and Sensei Mark at Kim Hiep Si dojo. Aside from training in the martial arts, he works as an Application Analyst for Florida Virtual School, is a member of the graduate chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and enjoys scuba diving.
